It’s about progress

Seán Connaughton Interviews

Seán Connaughton Interviews  offer you an in-depth knowledge of employability criteria, as well as encouraging you to maximise your performance during the interview. Rather than being ill-prepared or allowing lack of ‘know how’ to hinder your ability to perform, these tools and techniques will allow you to achieve your potential. It’s really all about confidence, and knowing how you can do it.

There are two approaches to interviews, those who prepare and those who do not prepare. Successful preparation takes the same amount of time as it takes to prepare and cook a good meal!

Seán Connaughton is based in Salthill, Galway. He is a mentor and part time lecturer in Human Resources and Communications. Recently he had the good fortune with a winning streak of 11 candidates in a row being successful at interviews.  Ranging from graduate to director level, Seán is committed to guiding interviewees through the process using their experience, skills and temperament, objectively.

The three main ‘regrets’ people usually have are: Being uncomfortable, Didn’t get their point across and the feeling of underselling themselves.

Seán has a higher than industry standard of supporting successful candidates, it’s all about understanding how to communicate effectively, tipping the scales in your favour.  Knowing what’s in front of you makes the difference.
